FL Tours .....my bad experience

I agree! I would much rather pay the gratuity for each leg of the trip in case there is a different driver.

Warm soda doesn't bother us either, but perhaps Andy needs to invest in some small coolers to keep the soda cold and to please those that do wish for a cold drink.

Kudos to Andy for the great post Although i have never used FL Tours on previous trips, i cannot speak from personal experience what the quality of their service is, but we do have ressies with Andy in july and look very much forward to using his service. We have had several changes to our ressies in the past few months and they all have been handled quickly and correctly. Some of those have been responded to by Andy himself and he has always assured me that our satisfaction is his utmost concern and i can bet that the quality of service we receive from FL Tours will be equal to or exceed our expectations. I think that some of us at times, seem to dwell on the negatives and not the positives that reportedly have been experienced with FL Tours so many, many times

Andy has responded to all of my questions and concerns. He has been very fair and has tried his best to make me feel confident about our July trip.

Goof - Are we competing for Andy's service? When in July are you using him? Are you booking a limo or Town car?
