FL Tours issues?

Wondering if anyone has had issues while using FL Tours for hotel to port transportation. I used them once but it was years ago and I can't remember if there was any issues at that time. Couldn't have been anything major or I would have remembered, I'm sure.

I called them yesterday about noon and had to leave a message. No big deal, I'm sure they were busy and it wasn't an emergency. I left all the details of what we needed and requested a call back to get a price. I think the message said they were open till 7. I have yet to get a call back from anyone so not sure if this is a sign of things to come. I don't feel it is my job to chase after them so not sure I want to make a second call either.

Any problems anyone has had?

That is the first thing I tried however while they list Disney pick ups, we are looking for Cabana Bay and its not listed. It got frustrating so I figured the call would be best.

I used them the last couple of times for port to MCO and no complaints. Booked online though and called to confirm

I used them this past November. Everything was good. They picked us up and Disney All Star Sports and took us to Cape Canaveral. Driver was friendly and on time. I'd use them again.

We just used them a couple weeks ago. No complaints here. They picked us up when they said they would and when we got off the ship, they were there waiting.

I've used them twice now. This last time I booked from MCO to port. I was able to find a better rate at the Hyatt Place just outside of MCO. So I emailed them to change pick up locations and they had no issues doing so. I have never had the need to call and speak to anyone but all emails have been answered promptly. Also both times I received a call and text from my driver the day before confirming pick up. Hopefully all works out with your pick up.

I just used FL tours in March from WDW to port and had no issues. The driver even called that he was at hotel early if we wanted to leave sooner.
I booked online and called the week before to confirm and pay. I had to leave a message but did get a call back within 24 hours.

We have used FL Tours several times over the past few years for both DCL and WDW. We have had no problems, in fact we would highly recommend them if asked. They are there at the terminal when we have gotten off the plane. They have helped us with our luggage - which was great for my 77 year old mother. The vehicle always has had plenty of room for my family of four and my mother and all our luggage. The driver has always been pleasant and quiet when we're not talking. They have even provided us with bottled water in the car on the way to Port Canaveral and our resort. We have always booked online. Once my DH forgot to put in our email address filling out the quote form (but did provide our home phone #). When we called them and left a message, they called the next day and confirmed our reservation, flight and times - no problem. Good Luck and have a safe trip!

They texted me this morning to confirm our van for tomorrow afternoon from MCO to hotel

We just used them at the beginning of April, as did our friends, and we both had an excellent experience.

We were very satisfied with them for our trip last week. They picked us up at MCO (driver had already texted me when I turned on my phone after landing to confirm pick up location). I had cancelled our RT to the port because I was thinking of renting a car. I decided we wanted FL tours to take us RT from Hard Rock Hotel to the port, then from the port back to MCO.
Our driver, Darren, called the office during our grocery stop on the way to Hard Rock and confirmed our port transportation for us

Also, he always has a car seat and a couple of boosters in the van in case they are needed-no extra charge!!

I would 100% use them again in the future!!!
