We recently returned from the 3-night Disney Wonder cruise and and overnight stay at All-Star Movies. I've always used Mears in the past....but this time decided to try a towncar. I did research on three different companies and decided on FL Tours.
We had a bit of a difficult trip planned....we were all flying in Wednesday with a Thursday morning pick-up from a airport hotel. Then Sunday after the cruise, two of us were going to the All-Star Movies resort and two were going back to the airport.
I was a little worried about cost, etc...and about things that could go wrong. I spoke to Andy 3-4 times in the months before we left. He was always wonderful and so helpful!!! And each time I called...he remembered exactly who I was and what our schedule was.
Thursday morning our driver, Renata, was right on time. She was so nice! Sunday after the cruise, she was there waiting for us as we got off the ship. The lines for buses were horrible...and we just walked right out and were on our way. To the airport...to the hotel....so easy and no problems.
Sunday we were supposed to be picked up at 3:00. Byt 2:30 Andy was already there. Which turned out to be great that we left earlier because the airline security line was horrible.
It was a GREAT experience. I will never use anyone but FL Tours again!
