When we used FL Tours last year, the rate did not include tips. If you look at their FAQs section, I think it says they suggest $10 tip each way. Hope this helps!

P.S. You can print out a $5 off coupon off hteir site, too, to get a lower rate if you book online!

You should add 20% to your online rate for tips and those tips are to be paid up front along with your service rate at delivery of your first destination.
