FL Tours all good?

My last item to book is transportation from airport to hotel. 9 people. I have been reading on here for the best company and am confused because some car company names are blocked out? So, since DIS has FL Tours as a sponsor can I trust all is good with them?

I had a very good experience with them. My flight arrived over a 1/2 hour early and the driver was there waiting for us. He and the driver for the return trip were very courteous.

My only suggestion would be to leave earlier than they told me for the trip home. I was staying at a Universal Hotel and they said picking me up 2 hours before our morning flight was plenty of time. It wasn't. We got to the gate right as they starting boarding. It takes a long time to get through security at MCO.

We have used them several times and always had a good experience. One of our flights was late as well and they were right there waiting at the airport when our flight finally got in (very late at night).
