FL Tours 20% Gratuity?

Best guess, it is on top of the total given. That is assuming you opted for the limo and not the towncar.

Let me apologize for the misstatement on the reservation form that lead to the misunderstanding of where actually the gratuity assessed on our stretched limo might goes to. It could have been phrased differently. I’ll take a full responsibility for that. It will be corrected. However to clarify the doubts some might have, the driver’s gratuity has and will always goes directly to your own driver.

Remember the form of payments to FL TOURS that payments through cash or travel’s checks is be made directly to your driver? We don't expect them to turn in their well earned gratuity. They’ve earned it. They get to keep it to themselves. If we did, we wouldn’t be able to keep drivers at all.

WE just used a limo from Fl tours. The service was fine. You do have to pay 20% above the 190.00. The tip for both ways is expected at time you pay. I found this a little unnerving. I wasn't thrilled for paying cash up front for a service I had yet to recieve but I knew this ahead of time so I can't complain. I had planned on tipping each way but the entire 20% was expected up front. Personally I find it unheard of to expected a tip for a service you have yet to receive, I would have tipped extra had this not been the case. The total for a limo MK resort area with mandatory 20% tip was 228.00 My DDs got a thrill out of the surprise and I am happy to support the DIS.
