FL residents discount for March?

My in-laws just decided they will join us at WDW for 1 night, March 4. We already have a room booked at Beach Club. I am wondering if Fl residents discount is available for March yet? Last year he spent 2 hours on the phone trying to modify and that made him angry. Thought I would check before I have that conversation with grandpa
