My FL resident sister wants to buy us (non residents) our park tickets as a gift for Christmas, is this legal?
 
She can't buy you Florida resident tickets unless you are Florida residents. You will need to provide proof of Florida residency.
 
She can buy you WDW tickets, just not at the FL resident rate.
