Fl resident seasonal disc question

The Florida resident seasonal passport cover lists a discount of
20% on purchase of water park & Quest tickets. My question is this just for single day passes or can it be used for an annnual water park or Quest pass?

that is just for a single day pass. There is a pass for the water parks at $99 for the year & $129 for Water Parks & Disney Quest combined.
