FL Resident room-only discounts

Is there a limit to the number of rooms that can be booked with a FL Resident discount? My MIL is a FL Resident; could she book 3 rooms using the discount, or would the discount only apply to the room she is staying in?

You used to be able to reserve 3 rooms with your FL resident rate, but I don't know if that is still the case.
