FL resident rates for early 2011???

So there's a general public room only discount and an AP rate for the first 1/4 or so of 2011, what happened to FL resident rates?? They're only available until 12/25 still, what's up with that??

I was trying to save some $$ by not getting a seasonal AP since mine just expired, but even if I do get one, I can't do an online reservation until it's validated because they now require you to fill in your AP info on the reservation (of course, now that I let mine expire) and of course I'm not going to validate it until I get there, dah...

That's from their website, I was just trying to see about room discounts in early May with the FL resident discount.

I'm actually looking for the weekend of 2/10 which there is nothing showing for FL residents. I see rates for AP and general public rates for room only for those dates through April, but can't understand why there's no FL resident rates for Jan/Feb. That's usually the slowest time of the year other than Sept.
