Just scoping out some info for my brother who will be staying with his MIL in Orlando (she lives in Kissimee) in September. He has a 2yo boy and I said he should book a night or two onsite at a monorail resort with MIL so they can really enjoy Disney. He thinks it's going to be expensive, but I told him they could get FL resident rates.

Does anyone have any ideas about how much the following resorts would cost with these rates in September.

GF?
Poly?
Contemporary?

Any input much appreciated

Joanna

I believe some of the prices are posted on the mousesavers site so you can take a peek and see what rates have been reported. I believe I saw the Poly for around $215 for garden view which isn't too bad of a deal.

You will be required to show FL resident proof at checkin, all parties.

Is that true even if the person who made the reservation and is with them is a resident?

Just the person who made the reservation needs to show proof of Florida residency. :)
