FL resident discounts?

I was wondering if my cousin who lives in FL were to join us for our Girls Week, would she be able to reserve the room and use the Florida resident discount?

Yes if you are all staying in the same room. All that is needed is a FL drivers license.

You mention Girls as plural, so there may be extra person charges depending on the number of people in your group.
