FL Resident discount

I'm wondering if they will put out FL resident discounts for travel after 8/20. I thought they usually came out around the same time as the AP discount, but all I have seen so far is the package, which is really only a discount on the ticket portion. When have they been released in the past? I'm looking for the first week in September.

We received a Disney e-mail offering Fl. residents 79.00 at a value or 85.00 a day for MYW tic. and a room at a value. That was mailed yesterday. I will run and check my dh screen name and see if it's the dates you need.
