Fl resident discount tickets

I posted this on resorts but I think you guys probably know more about it. Cant the resorts verify/activate FL resident tickets? I was told we had to go to TTC the first day to activate them but I have 2 small kids and we are taking the boat directly from FW to MK and don't want to backtrack.

It would really help if they could but I suspect not. Does anyone know?

The only thing I remember reading here on the DIS was to take your vouchers to any guest services window at any park and they can be activated there.

To my knowledge the resorts CAN NOT validate and activate your ticket Vouchers. They can provide them to you, but you still have to go to the TTC to get them activated (or ANY of the 4 parks GS windows as well as GS at DTD)
