FL Resident Discount Question

DH is a FL resident. However, we are currently stationed in MS with the Navy. Would he still be able to get the FL resident discount (if one comes out for our time) even though his mailing address is in MS? He does a FL driver's license, voter's registration, etc. It's just that our mailing address is in MS.

We'd love to get a discount. The military discount ends before he even arrives home from deployment so that's a no go. If we can't get one, no big deal, we're still going, but it'd be nice to save even a tiny bit to use on souvies or even another TS meal.

I think as long as you have a FL drivers license you can get the discount. It says nothing about mailing address, just proof of FL residency via a drivers license or similar.
