FL Resident AP vounchers and Magic Bands

ok how does this work, our passes have expire and I was planning on either buying a one day ticket and upgrading once we got there, or just ordering the passes sometime over the summer. we normally stay at bonnet creek but think we are going to stay onsite.
so in my case, we woulnd't get magic bands ahead of time?

If you make onsite reservations, you can order your customized MagicBands.

If you pre-order a one-day pass, you can make one day of of advanced FP+ reservations.
If you pre-order an Annual Pass, you can make advanced FP+ reservations for all the days of your resort stay.

You can sign into My Disney Experience with your current AP or a Voucher. There you can order your Magic Band, but I dont think you will be eligible for it until after you have submitted your voucher. The sign in also allows you to make FP+ and ADR reservations.
