FL in September

Is FL still too hot in September??? When do the average temps start going down? Is August usually the hottest month?

Hi,

September is still quite hot unless a tropical system passes through. That will cool it down for a day or two.

We were there last September. It was sooo hot. I honestly can't imagine it being hotter. The minute we stepped outside, our glasses fogged over from the humidity. However, the crowds were pretty light, and we had a great time! In fact, we are thinking of going again this september.

My husband said it was like vacationing on the face of the sun. We were in the Magic Kingdom last Sept. 15 and the heat index was 108! Everyday by 10:30 a.m. my full face of make-up would be melted off. It was hot!

I could not have said it better myself. We were their last September 21-30. We will never go back that time of year. End of February the crowds are just as light and the weather is a lot nicer.

GO IN APRIL !! Florida is not only hot in September, it is offensively hot. We went in '06 during easter vacation and it was heavenly.
