Does anyone have advice if it is better for FL residents to buy Annual passes Online, at gate or Hotel concierge? Or does it even matter?

Since you will have to show proof of FL residency, it won't really matter although buying online will save you from standing in the ticket lines.

I don't think you can purchase APs at the hotel.

We bought them online, and then exchanged them at the GR window at City Walk as you get off the escalator from the parking lot...it worked very well, and no standing in long lines at the gate.
