Can somebody please tell me what this ride is, I mean does it go high off the ground, any drops, curves, what kind of restrains it has, any loops, is it more like roller coaster, is it fast, is it seat by seat or several seats together? Too many questions, I know.:)
Little background, I do not do any roller coasters, I am afraid of heights, I need to hold on something (hate Soarin tiny handles).
I did TOT and hate it.
I am fine with both versions of MS.
I could ride lower level of Soarin but almost had a panic attack on middle level.
I rode TT, fast but I was fine.
Kali River is my drop limit.
Spaceship Earth made me uncomfortable because it was too high and we were going backwards, I mean, I hated that when they tilted chairs I felt that I am about to fall out.
Star Wars simulator is absolutely fine for me.
Spiderman was a bit rough and I got scared for a moment when it feels like you going up fast but generally liked the ride.
TM was rough to me(curves).

So with this background, do I have a chance with FJ. I will be out of luck with other 2 rides but I really wanted to experience FJ. I was watching some videos on Youtube but it is dark and you really cannot say anything.
Thank you for any help.:)

Yes, you can probably ride. It is similar to Spiderman in intensity of movement. Since it is a robot arm that moves along a track, you do get some ups and downs and side to side movement but no drops. The seats are like a church pew divided into four sections with over the shoulder restraints. You do, however, tilt back a few times. You cannot tell how high above the ground you are but you really aren't any more than 10 feet or so.

The ride is so immersive that I honestly if I hadn't read on here that you tilt back I wouldn't have noticed - The movement is that fluid!

Thank you. Is there something to hold on, I mean is front row has a bar ot handler of some sort so I can grab it? And I guess tilting is not dramatic like on Spaceship Earth if not everyone noticing it, right?

You hold on to the over-the-shoulder restraint. There is nothing else in front of you.

Kelly, here is a picture of the ride vehicle for you.

Thanks so much, I can clearly see the seat. :thumbsup2
Was this a first row or vehicles just far away from each other?

You are restrained pretty tightly in the vehicle, so it does not feel like you will slip out, but it does get pretty high and I definitely could tell when I was laying on my back. At one point it even feels like you are tilting far enough that your head is lower than your feet, though I don't think it actually does. Most of the scenes are elevated off the ground, since you are on a robot arm and the chassis moving the arm along the track is well below you. This may bother you if you don't like heights. There are no drops or falling sensations, everything is very smooth. Your vehicle tilts, swoops, rolls you on your back, and twists continuously, as if you are flying.

I honestly think you may have an issue is you have problems with SE, Soaring Over California, and Spiderman. If you do try to ride, I suggest keeping you head back against the headrest and just looking where the vehicle directs you to. You won't notice the height from there.

I had to spoil it for myself by looking at a youtube video, however, it must be really dark on the ride because I looked at a blow by blow written review and it was a lot more detailed. We are psyched to go on it now!

Thank you. The heights is what is bothering me most. I did not decide yet, but if I will be brave enough to try, I wil probably ask TM to get me into middle seat.
