Fixed Week Option - Will it appeal to VGF Buyers?

I get the impression that most people who stay regularly at GF and who who are guessing might be interested in a DVC there might not be so keen on the lack of daily housekeeping. And are kitchens really what those who stay there really want?

I don't see this as an issue.

If house keeping on a daily basis is important people will pay for this.

I dont think having not or having a kitchen will drive sales.

To me the main selling point will be the space available and the belief that buying DVC will get you a discount on what you would normally have to pay.

We own at BLT, but would have bought GF if it had been available.

It's a great resort.

THe main reason we bought with Disney was NO fixed weeks... BUT if you feel the need, as many do, to make sure you have xmas week booked, or some other week, then this could be a good thing. If they can make more money with this easy to do option, why not???
