Originally, the plan was for the guys (my 11 year old son and my husband) to do the Steam Train tour at 7 am, and the girls and me to do the Princess breakfast at Norway at 8 am. Then I figured we would meet up at some point at the pool, hit DTD, and have 7 pm ressies at Raglan Road.

I'm changing that. In the aftermath of the monorail accident, the tour was cancelled. Now that 7 pm at Raglan Road looks like a mistake. (I'm still keeping the princess breakfast-- the girls are looking forward to it. .)

So, the girls and I are at rope drop at Epcot. Some alternatives:

The guys "sleep in" and make 9 am rope drop at Epcot and meet us.

The guys hit the MK and we meet up later. Either way, we can get to DTD later, and the guys can spend the afternoon or evening at Disney Quest-- that's looking cooler each time I look at it, but not for the girls.

We can all eat-- something, somewhere-- together, shop for a bit at DTD. Then head back to the Poly or to ---ack!! I don't know what!!!

So, I'm thinking of canceling Raglan Road, and maybe booking a lunch or early dinner at DTD somewhere.

If I make 4 pmish ressies at DTD, we can play it by ear.

(We're on the DDP, and our other meals are at Kona Cafe, 1900 Park Fare w/ Cinderella, Yak and Yetti, Sci Fi, Coral Reef & Le Cellier)

Help me!!!

OK, I just checked: I can get Planet Hollywood, Captain Jacks or Raglan Road at 2 pm for a late lunch that day...

So, it just looks like your morning plans have been set askew with the cancellation of the train tour. I think you've got everything planned right, you just have to rearrange the guys plan for the morning. Of course you are going to stick with the girls plan for Princess Breakfast. And for the guys, how about let them sleep in, grab some breakfast at Capt. Cooks (from what I gather you are staying at the Poly?) and then they can rent a couple of SeaRaycers and buzz around Bay Lake together for awhile. By the time you girls are done, they'll be done, and y'all can meet by the pool as you had anticipated. (The guys would have been done with the train tour by 10:30am anyway, so I think you are still working in the same timeframe.) Then, maybe all of you hit MK for a little bit, and then do the DTD thing that evening.

The guys should still come to Epcot with you, that early they should be able to ride Test Track and Soarin and have a CS breakfast at Sunshine Seasons before you are finished. If you choose not to remain in Epcot head over to Fantasia Gardens for some mini golf and maybe grab the Kitchen Sink sundae at Beaches and Cream before heading over to DTD for shopping and that late dinner at Ragland Road.

Have fun!

This is exactly what I thought too... such a small part of the day was thrown out of whack, and I know my boys would love to sleep in or do the searaycers...
Now.. if you were unhappy with your Monday, that would be a different story

The thing is: I worked the whole day around that tour. It was a birthday/ Father's Day gift. I only booked the Princess breakfast to give the girls something to do while the guys were busy. Now, of course, they're thrilled to be going.

But right now my son is on the other computer, looking at Disney Quest.

So I'm thinking they can sleep in, hit DTD early and spend the morning at DQ. The girls and I can meet them for a counter service lunch and some shoppng, then do either MK or Epcot for dinner.
