I had an idea that it would be helpful to many people if they were to post their measurements and say if they were able to ride certain rides at Disney and Universal. I have personally ridden all of these before EXCEPT FOP...at a size 22...measurements 47-40-52 (i think) and am 5'3''. I wear a size 20 and am 277 pounds...both muscular and overweight. Hopefully there are some brave people out there that can give some assurance to those scared of being embarassed and turned away. I have never been turned away from a ride until last year at Sea World Orlando..on the Mako...it was absolutely humiliating.

FOP - will try in September
7 Dwarves Mine Train - able to ride (tight fit in the booty area and leg restraints but no problems)
Forbidden Journey - able to ride (needed a little push on an outside seat-breast are very large and it was tight, but it worked)
Gringotts - able to ride (again needed a little push, but then fine)
Mummy - able to ride, never needed an extra push
Rip Ride Rockit - able to ride (extra push required)
Hulk - never ridden
Dudly Ripsaw Falls - able to ride...hard to get out

If anyone would like to add to this list feel free. I just thought if whoever is brave enough to fill this out it would be such a big help. I know there are threads scattered all over that have a few people giving measurements out, but maybe having this in one place would be helpful!

Thanks for posting this. While I am currently trying really hard to lose weight (8 lbs so far) I am still a size 16-18. I have never not been able to ride things, but I was a little concerned about things I hear about the Pandora ride. I will be anxious to hear your comments after September, as I will need to make my FP reservations for my November trip then.

I'm 6'7" 280 lbs.
42" waist
Most of my weight is in the booty, and also have thick thighs and calves.
Size 15 shoe.

I have ridden everything except Pandora FOP....haven't had the chance to yet.
My my brother is a very similar size to me, a little leaner, size 16 shoe, and fit on FOP no problem.

I (female) am 5'2" 210 lbs and dress size 18, my weight is well distributed through my whole body. I had no problem riding FOP, plenty of room to spare. SDMW was able to ride, with a little discomfort. The "bucket" part of the seat rubs against the hips, but bearable.
My husband is 6'4" over 300lbs and his weigh is mostly on his girth, but also has long legs. He was able to ride FOP, but the restraint just barely clicked. His legs were as far to the front as possible and almost touching the vehicle, but not uncomfortable. He did not attempt to ride SDMW, we thought it would not work for him.

I'm a 16-18 and only 5'4" and had no issues fitting on Flights of Passage in May. Don't stress!

Female, 5'10", probably around 230 lbs the last time I went; don't have measurements but I carry a lot of my weight on my hips. Never had a ride I was unable to get on, but--

--7 Dwarves Mine Train was a bit tight in the seat
--Dudley Doright Ripsaw Falls was a little fiddly to get into and then very difficult to get out of

The problem with Ripsaw Falls is mostly that it traps your legs, so if you're tall you have to basically lift yourself out from the equivalent of sitting on the floor without bending your knees. If you're even a little hefty it compounds the difficulty by giving you less room to move around and more weight to dead lift with your arms.

I don't have current measurements but somewhere around 52-52-50, that general range. I'm 5'7 and would estimate around 275-280 (I haven't checked my weight in awhile.) I carry most of my weight in the middle, with a big chest and stomach and smaller hips/legs. I wear a 22/24 on top and a 20 on the bottom (ahh, weight distribution can be so interesting when you're a "plus size".)

I've never had trouble fitting into any ride, but have not tried FOP. 7DMT no problem. Space Mountain, etc, no problem.

One thing people don't mention a lot is that it can be tough to fit in the theater seats for various WDW attractions (COP, American Adventure, etc) - I have not yet had trouble but sometimes I can feel the pinch in my middle from the arms of the chairs. My hips fit, but my tummy/spare tire is bigger and it can be a little uncomfy, though not a game-changer for me. I travel with a friend who's taller and larger than myself, and she has to sort of "slide down" to get her hips into the seats and has to basically lean forward to fit.

Would be nice if they adopted more armless/bench-style seating in the theaters for future attractions. I have some friends who are "pears" (I'm an "apple") and I can see them having trouble fitting in the theater-style attractions.
