I thought I didn't do that well. We had partners and the challenge lasted 6 weeks.
Well, I only lost 3.5 lbs, but I lost 7 1/2 inches. I am so motivated because with only trying half heartedly, although really changing how I was eating, I managed to make progress. Just think what I could do if I really work hard at it.
I know we didn't win the challenge because one girl lost 12 lbs and 2% body fat.
No challenge going on now, but I am going to work at it for the next six weeks and see how I do.
