fitness center

Swim, tennis, jogging paths, biking... who needs a fitness center? (in other words, no) LOL

The Wilderness Lodge does, just a short walk away.

When I checked at the WL Fitness Center while staying at FW about using the facilities the reply was "sure but it will cost you $$$".
Thats easy to get around, just go directly to the fitness center from their pool,,the best place to hide is right under there nose,,,:lmao:

I am of course just kidding, I do not condone nor encourage anyone to break any rules by pool hopping or using any amenities not included with your own resort..My disclaimer may diminish the humor factor but, I would rather not take a verbal lashing for something that may come across as "serious" information.

I think some people would like to keep thier routine going even on vacation. I think the fort need a fitness center for thoes who enjoy it. And for thoes who don't they don't have to go.

If they think that it is not cost effective to supply towels at the pool:confused3 , it will be a cold day in hades before they put in a fitness center. :)

Thats about what I was thinking

I can understand the towel issue since most people in hotels don't pack towels and RV people do. Also if they didn't supply them at the resorts people would just bring the room towels down to the pool then ask for more.

Geeze, we are happy just to have a pool for the grand-kids to use instead of going down to a pond. Not having towels available is no real biggie. After all, we are camping. Right?:)

Not everyone at the Fort camps....CABINS:confused3 . Alot of those people fly so they don't usually pack beach towels.

There's really no excuse for not providing towels to guests at Fort Wilderness except the same old mentality that has been used in the past about those of us that stay at the Fort! Weez not good enough as them thar other reeezort folk!:lmao:

If I payed the price that cabin people pay, I would be ticked off that I don't get towels like those classier folk at AK or WL!:goodvibes

 You sound exactly like my parents! They love the cabins and had a problem about the towels at the pool. (back when they went...they won't go near it now:laughing: )
