fitness center passes

I was wondering if there is a Fitness Center Pass that you can purchase if you are staying at a Value or a Moderate that does not have one. If you can, how much is it and has anyone done this? Thanks.

Last time I checked it was $12 per day to use a fitness center while staying at another WDW resort.
