I just bought a Fitletic belt to use for running, and I also about two 6 oz. bottles and their holders to attach to the belt. I've realized I probably should've gone with with 8 oz. bottles, and I'm wondering if I can just buy the 8 oz. bottles and put them in the 6 oz. bottle holders on the belt? The Fitletic website says the holders are custom to the size of the bottle, but I'm wondering if that is really true?
Has anyone added an 8 oz. Fitletic bottle to a 6 oz. holder? If they are just a little bit taller (but not wider) it seems like the could fit. Basically I'm just trying to save some money and avoid buying a whole new bottle holder set if possible.
