Anyone have a pair? I bought some Monday night and have been wearing them ever since...haven't noticed any muscle aches or anything, but I can say they are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I have ever worn. And there is a definite difference in the feel of them when I walk.

Anybody have these and think they're great? Worthless? I am interested in what anyone else thinks. I don't know that they're toning anything, but again...comfy!

I have been thinking of getting a pair so I am interested in opinions as well. Are they true to size or should I order a size up or down?

Mine are very true to size. The top bands don't stretch, so make sure they are comfortable when you put them on.

The bottoms are heavy and very moldable/firm squishy against your feet. Tons of support but super comfortable. I usually wear Crocs sandals and these are equally comfortable but more substantial.

I'd love it if they honestly do tone my legs and bottom though...:rotfl:

I tried on a pair and my Fred Flinstone feet obviously didn't fit into the Fitflops. I thought they were cuter than I imagined.
In my downer mood I ended up with some Havaianas- leopard print bottom so I don't feel like such a clod. My Freds can use some cute.

I bought a pait last summer and wore them all the time - they didn't do any noticable toning at all but they were comfy.

I have a pair and they are absolutely the most comfortable flip flop I've ever worn! I actually bought mine on my last Disney trip. I had a pair of Reefs but they were making my knees sore (I have a chronic knee injury) so I bought the Fitflops on a whim at DTD. They were kinda pricy... 50 bucks I think? But my knees were killing me so I splurged.

They were so amazing I didn't need to wear my knee braces for the rest of the trip. I told my physiotherapist in case he wanted to recommend them... but I'm pretty sure he thought I was crazy.:rotfl:

I haven't noticed any toning or firming, but I don't really mind. I just wish they made them in an actual shoe I could wear all year! I've read about MBTs being similar but I don't really know much about them... if they're anything like the FitFlops though I would be willing to give them a shot!:goodvibes

I wear my black ones 90% of the time from April to October. Even touring through Disneyworld, which is obviously a lot of walking! They last, too, I got these three years ago and they are still going strong!!! They are my favorite shoe, ever.

I have a red pair that I don't wear as much, but I love those too!

I LOOOOVE mine! I have worn almost nothing else in a year and half. I think it's time for a new pair, but they have held up very well!! I used to have low back and hip pain when I was on my feet too long but I'm always fine with the Fitflops, at DL etc..!

The website has a pair that look like fall/winter shoes on it...may want to check it out: www.thefitflop.com

I totally agree - they are just amazingly cushy!

I have a pair of Fit Flops that I bought after reading about them on these boards. I never felt any tightening or leg pain. I can't wear shoes without back straps due to my neuropathy so I sewed some stretch elastic on the back. They are so comfortable, even better than my crocs.
I found a great pair of sneakers, similar to MBT at the Avon website. They are made by Curves and are touted as leg exercise sneakers. I have a pair and they are wonderful. Again, I don't feel any tightening, but they do feel comfortable. I notice I have less numbness when I am wearing the sneakers and fit flops. Avon does sell out quickly so you might not be able to find the size you need. Right now I am on a list and Avon will notify me when they get a new batch. the Avon Sneakers are $49.00 but they do go on sale. They also have a really nice pair of exercise sandles but they don't have my size right now for those either.
I did see an ad in a magazine the other day but haven't looked in any stores yet for Sketchers. They are now making an exercise type sneaker also. I did do a search for them and they are listed on the web site for $110.00.
