Fitflops rubbing?

I got a pair of flip flops today and they are very supportive and comfortable. However, the strap rubs on my instep a bit. Does the strap loosen up a bit or do my feet adjust?? Thanks

I just bought a pair this afternoon so I had to try them on to see if they did the same to me. Mine didn't rub on my instep in any way that bothers me. I guess that doesn't really answer your question though.

mine do not rub. Maybe return them and try on another pair? maybe something is random with them?
