In the activities section, what would be the closest to Pilates? I have no idea what a workout burns. I don't care if the report says pilates or belly dancing or raking leaves for that matter, I'd just like to enter something with semi-accurate numbers.

Also, when I enter my wieght and lifestyle it says I burn 2500 cal a day -- no way! I'm eating around 1500 and that would make me lose like crazy. But, I'm not. :(
Am I understanding that correctly?

I'm not sure about the pilates question, but I just started using fitday and I was wondering the same thing about the calories burned. So I did a internet search and I found this page
http://www.healthyweightforum.org/eng/articles/counting-calories/
It says if you decrease your calories by 500 a day you will lose a pound a week and by 1000 a day, 2 pounds a week. I hope it helps. I think I understand a little bit better now.:D
