I have had mine over a year and I love them. I can't really tell they do any toning except you can feel the muscles tightening a little bit, but they are comfortable.

Me too. What size did you order? I normally wear a size 8. Did anyone say if they run big or small?

I just read that they run big so I guess I will be ordering a 7.

Definitely break them in before you go (and carry a spare pair of shoes just incase!)

That said I LOVE LOVE LOVE mine.

I have fitflops and The Reebok easytone sneakers... I love them both they have definitely made a difference
