Fishing while at a condo/townhouse

Hi, I'm still searching for the perfect location. I found the Davenport/Bass Lake community has a lake for fishing but does anyone know of any other community that has fishing available right on the grounds.

DH is a die-hard fisherman and it would make him very happy to be able to walk to a lake and fish early in the morning before we head off for the day.
