Fishing Charters near Hilton Head?

We will be in Hilton Head the end of October and I am looking for suggestions on fishing charters. I have been reading through TripAdvisor and Yelp reviews and wrote down a few Captains mentioned in past HHI threads. I would love any recommendations or advice from families that have booked a charter service in the past few years!! We will have a car and can travel to Bluffton or Beaufort if necessary, but I am hoping to find someone local to Hilton Head area if possible. Thanks in advance!

There are several charter boats in Shelter Cove harbor. We have chartered through 'Gullah Gal' and 'Bayrunner' several times. They are located directly across the marina from the DVC Resort. There is also a large fishing boat - the Captain Hook - which goes out daily. There are other options at Broad Creek Marina and Skull Creek Marina which are just a short drive away from the resort.
We have always chartered for tours in Calibogue Sound and not out on the Atlantic, but ocean charters are also available.

My husband and teenage son did a private half day deep sea fishing excursion last summer with Blair at Live Oac. They had the time of their lives! Highly recommend!

We chartered with "Honey B" (they actually run 3 boats..."True Grits", "Gullah Gal" and "Honey B") in April 2017 and we had a wonderful time. We can't wait to go back with them. They offer an "off-season" deal from December 1-April 30 where you get a 6-hour trip for the 5-hour price. We caught a few sharks but there was a HUGE storm moving in (tornadoes hit that night so we were lucky to get off the water just in time!) so we had a bit of poor luck with the weather. Our captain made it a lot of fun for our daughters (even the one who got seasick) and they can't wait to go again too.
