Does anyone know if you are allowed to use a personal boat at Disney? I know they have fishing excursions, but my DH would like to bring his own boat to use.

I've not ever seen a personally owned watercraft on WDW water. You can only fish as catch and release, and usually have to have an "excursion" booked to do so.
