I bought the Fisher Price Twin Dollhouse for my daughter for Christmas. Now I'm wondering if I should have bought the Sweetsounds Dollhouse instead. The twin one was 49.99 on sale and came with a bonus room. The sweet sounds house was 79.99.

Do you have either of these houses? Which one would you recommend? Can you use the furniture sets from the twin house in the sweet sounds house and vice versa?

Thanks!

you can use any of the rooms in any of the houses. I have the older home with stable and purchase the newer rooms occasionally to go with my older house. I have the playroom which is the bonus room so it is available to purchase separately. In terms of which is better I would think it is a personal preference since to fully furnish either house you have to buy the same accessories. I typically buy items in April or Oct when toys r us has them buy 1 get 1 free. My dd has been playing with her house for 2.5 years so far and still loves it. Usually ebay isn't worth it for loving family parts unless you are looking for a discontinued piece like the grandfather doll.

This was my question also, which is better to buy. Looking foward to answers.

I personally don't like the sounds. They bug the heck out of me.
I have the twins house from last year. I thought my 4 year old would love it, but she doesn't play with it that much.
