Anyone used one of the new Fisher Price KUVs in the parks? I have seen pictures of it folded and its pretty thin. Wondering how easy it is to fold and how its weight compares to a double stroller. This looks like an incredible "stroller" for the parks if its fast to fold up when getting on and off buses and monorails.:cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

It is a pull-behind vehicle -- forbidden in the parks, just like wagons. Sorry.

Right, WDW's website specifically mentions wagons. On a recent thread a poster received a response from WDW indicating that this was considered a wagon and not allowed.

I've seen people reviewing the Kid Utility Vehicle who've said they used it at Disney. We were considering buying it ourselves for our upcoming trip in September since the reviews were so wonderful... perhaps I'll have to contact Disney myself.

The review I saw was on Amazon and states they used it in Feb 2007 for 5 days in Disney. Is the banning of it's use a more recent thing?

I saw the same reviews of the person who bought it and used it at Disney World. I will have to give WDW a call on this one as well.:confused3

OK, I saw someone using one at WDW on our last trip in May, however their official policy is no wagons or things that are pulled behind. I think it could depend on how busy a given day is (ie if you're going during a really busy time they might ask you to take a rental stroller and store the "wagon" for you) and also if a lot of people start showing up with them, then they just might start cracking down on the rules. jmo though.

Since it looks so much like a stroller, the CMs at the gates were prbably not even paying attention to how it was moving. But chances are that you could be told that it is not allowed, and be stuck switching to a rental stroller.
