Fish Soup Recipe from Palo

I need everyone's help. I loved the Fish Soup from Palo my last 3 cruises. It was a white cream sauce that I know it had white wine and cream in it. My 3rd cruise my boyfriend was able to get the recipe for me from the Palo Chef. We broke up and I know longer have my beloved Fish Soup recipe, he does (if he hasn't lost it).

I went on the 10/23 cruise craving this soup and practiced begging on my knees for the recipe again. Well they no longer make the white cream sauce Fish soup (haven't for 2 years the waiter said), but they make another fish soup that is like lobster bisque. I was devastated, I tried it and I didn't like it because I don't like Bisque.

Any ideas on how to get this recipe?

Just looked in my Disney cookbooks and it wasn't in there....bummer. I hate that! I loved the veggie spring rolls at Kona Cafe and now I see they are no longer on the menu. Sigh.
