I think it is cod... Very good, especially with the malt vinegar.

Generally its cod but nowadays you can buy many types of fish, halibut is quite popular now. The fish n chips at Epcot is Harry Ramsdens which tends to be cod.

Not exactly sure. I would think Cod. Though I think Halibut makes the best fried fish bar none.

It is cod, which I find to be rubbery. We have delicious, flaky, haddock fish frys here so I wasn't impressed with the fish in Epcot.
