Fish extender ?s

I bought a "fish extender" off ebay, and it came in yesterday. It's really nice, but I'm afraid that it's too wide for the space (14x20).

For those who've taken fish extenders, what size did you guys take? Do you think mine will work, or should I keep looking?

I' m glad you explained fish extenders. They only thing I could think of was something like Hamburger Helper.

If you take your fish extender, you might want to attach it to the fish with one of those plastic zip ties because, unfortunately, several were stolen on our 11 day cruise last year.

I was told to look under wall organizer.....that's where I found mine, but again not sure if the one I have will fit it the space.

Now we need to find some enterprising seamstress to make up a few Fish extenders and sell them, for those of us who are thimble impaired.

oh wait......here's a picture from somenone's DVC cruise last year, so at least you'll know what you are asking about:

It comes from someone who sells them on e-bay, I believe.

I have one like the one in this picture and it is about 7 3/4 inches wide and 27 inches long
Of course you could go longer, but IIRC probably not much wider. They fit really well in the space.

Thanks...that's exactly what I was looking for. I was afraid the 14 inches would be too wide.....I'll have to keep looking unless Smores decides to take this challenge on!

On the image posted above, the pocket organizer is 26" long from the dowel to the bottom and 8" wide.
