I've never done this and want to try and organize it for our trip in Nov 2011. Having never done this before I'm always looking to steal ideas and work that others have already created!! No use reinventing the wheel when it's already been done!! So did you make a spread sheet to track those involved?? And if so can I possibly use yours if that's what you've done??

And if there's anyone else out there that has done this before, I'm all ears!! Get it??? EARS!!! Mickey!!
