I've never done this and want to try and organize it for our trip in Nov 2011. Having never done this before I'm always looking to steal ideas and work that others have already created!! No use reinventing the wheel when it's already been done!! So did you make a spread sheet to track those involved?? And if so can I possibly use yours if that's what you've done??

And if there's anyone else out there that has done this before, I'm all ears!! Get it??? EARS!!! Mickey!!

Hi David! Yes, this is a spreadsheet in Excel. Nothing fancy, just a few columns with the info you see. I keep it sorted by room number.

You can see in Todd's signature a link with the details of what a fish extender exchange is and it even includes directions to making your own.

I organized the exchange last year and we all had a blast with it. Let me know if you have any questions.

First of all, thanks for organizing this! We all appreciate your hard work. One small thing, though... My boys (Adam and Matthew) have their ages listed in the 'ages of girls' column. Just for the record, they are, in fact, boys.

I just had an idea - seems like not everyone from our FE group has signed up - maybe if each group leader reminds everyone to sign up on this thread?

I was looking at it and thinking it doesn't seem very long. It would just be good to get an idea of total numbers (I know not everyone will decide/join straight away - but some ideas may be dependant on say 50 families vs 100 families)
