Are you referring to the cheap ones on Ebay that are actually scrappers that didn't pass Disney's standards and were suppose to be destroyed?

I am referring to the ones on eBay but I don't know their origin. Could you please explain this term scrappers?

I looked up the term scrapper in relation to pin trading. I did not realize there was such a market for knock off pins. I will not be purchasing black market pins and do not advocate others doing it. It seemed a good idea at first. I should have done more research before starting this thread. Sorry.
