First win on Ebay!!

Thought this will make you laugh or groan!!

I have recently joined ebay and had my first attempt at bidding, I thought I would bid on a Ford wheel trim, as my car is looking a bit scruffy with only having 3..and I feel so embarrassed driving around in it, especially as it needs a new front bumper as well, as its all cracked from me hitting the front gate post that many times
Anyway I bid and won a wheel trim, only problem is, its the wrong size
It's 15" and mine is apparently 14"

Mind you, it sounds like the kind of mistake that would have been just as easy to make in Halfords when you're standing in front of them!

We are addicted to ebay, well Mark is. We have managed to get loads of bargins for our garden and this was the last thing we won for our new bathroom

You get a real buzz out of bidding too. Its great fun.

You can everything on e:bay. Disney pins as stocking fillers if you don't have a visit planned and can get last minute xmas presents for the kids. All those obscure things that you are not sure where to get.

We are thinking of bidding for a portable hot tub next!

Well done (at least now you have the correct one!!) I love ebay! This week I have won a lovely new pair of Gucci sunglasses and a lovely pair of brown Mochino sunglasses (and yes both are real!!). I also sold 8 pairs of crocs that I got from America (the profits paid for the sunglasses!!)

Well done on your win Jeanette (and I wouldn't have known that the same car has different size wheel trims either). Incidentally I need one for the Zafira as we only have 3 in situ at the moment! Perhaps I should have a look on Ebay! I have won some great stuff - mostly Disney pins from the US at really bargain prices.

We tried for two weeks to win the bathroom suite and kept getting outbid. We finally won it for £260. Can't wait for it to arrive. It really is so exciting.

I love e-bay, but I am on selling mode at the moment, twe weeks ago we sold enough to get our MVMCP tickets. The next aim is to get the Universal tickets the ones that are advertised at the top of the DIS for 86 dollars. I have just been having a rummage about to find more stuff.
