I saw pictures on FB this morning and MK was pretty empty. Just now I looked at wait times and many are under 20 mins. I wish I could go this week!

We are there 15 -25 May. Praying for good weather a low crowds during the week. Weekends I know will be jammed.

I saw a video this morning of someone on the people mover and as it went over Tomorrowland, there were like only 10 people strolling around. I have not ever seen it this empty.

This is usually a great time to go. I've been several times in early May and it usually has decent crowds and weather. It'll ramp up as the month goes on though.

We were originally scheduled the week of May 14 but that didn't work for my brother so we ended up pushing it back a week to May 21. I'm hoping for slightly less crowds than the next week but I'm not going to hold my breath... Next year will be my last year to do early May before DD starts school so I might try to convince DH that we NEED to go next may ;)

Hoping so next week. I will be there for a conference, 7th-10th. Hitting the parks in the evening after the conference each day. So hoping to maximize my time in the parks.

Here now and yes, it's a fairly light crowd. Rode Peoplemover at 10:00 and was the only person in my vehicle. Most others were completely empty.

It's been raining off and on for the last two hours with thunder/lightning so most were finding shelter.

Our 1st trip was early May and the crowds were fantastic! I thought the weather was great as well.

After my last post, peeked into Starbucks as I headed out to make my way to Poly and no line! Walked right up to buy a Dream Bar.

Then, the Resort Monorail made it from MK to Contempt before holding and then shut down. Both lines down due to a maintenance issue and buses arrived to complete the Monorail loop.

Poly lobby is empty. Yesterday we stopped by AoA to see a friend and the food court was mostly empty at noon. CM friend is saying the counts are low everywhere.

Yeah, early May is a great time to go! Crowds are generally low. I also wonder if this year is slower due to people pushing back their trips from early May to late for the opening of Pandora.

I think there are several. We were playing around with dates from a bounceback and the room we wanted wasn't available for two of the nights we wanted to add. Thought about it a week or so and then the Pandora announcement was made. Called the next day and they had multiple rooms for the dates/category we wanted. Counting down the days

Only because it's raining today. It was insane on Sat and pretty busy yesterday.

It was not raining this morning when I saw the photos. The park was literally empty. It looked closed. I have never seen it like that.

DH & I will be in WDW May 24-26 for a short trip to celebrate my birthday. We've been in August, September, and October but never in May before. I'll be anxious to see how the crowds compare to our other visits.
We are leaving on the 27th.....the day Pandora opens.....so hopefully we'll beat any crowds coming in for that and the long holiday weekend.
