Hi everyone!

Does anyone know if there's anything going on during the first week of February at WDW? I have seen that many resorts are fully booked for that week, which has usually been one of the slowest weeks at WDW.

Thanks!

No rooms? No rooms under the promotion you're searching? No rooms where you want to stay?

Have you tried calling?

No availability at all; no promotions, regular prices. I already have a reservation, just wanted to check and see if I could upgrade our room and saw that there were no rooms available at 14 of the resorts. I've never seen anything like that in February, so was wondering if maybe there was something going on that week and I missed it.

I see availability. I did a search for feb 1-8, two adults, two kids and several options came up under the promotion. I’m on my phone so I didn’t do a “non promotion” search but generally that results in even more options.

National Highschool Cheerleading competition......Feb 7-9th!

That's probably the reason! Thanks for letting me know! All the Value resorts are fully booked and almost all of the Moderates.

Okay. I asked because when I searched for 2/1-2/9 ( first week of February), I came up with about a half dozen (expensive) resorts available at the Early 2020 discount rate.

Feb 1st to Feb 8th for 2 adults and 2 kids. I'm including a few pictures but there are a few more resorts that I get the same message. Weird.

I got the same as you for the same dates. Except for a couple deluxe resorts. Hope it’s not going to be bad. We are set to go 1/31-2/6.

I was wondering what was going on as well. I was looking into booking for the first week (2 adults, 4 kids) and pretty much nothing came up except the deluxe resorts.

Seeing similar results for the last week of January AND mid/late April. Either they are holding rooms back or I'm preparing for another price increase.

Do you all think it could be because of the cheerleading championship? I'm not from the US so I don't know how many people go to that event but that is a ton of booked rooms and full resorts.
