Hi All,
So I am finally planning my (well our!) first ever WDW trip for May 2013. Im taking my OH for his 30th Birthday as a surprise
) We're spending 4 days in New York staying with my friend and then 7 days Florida!
I've finally (and I hope I really mean finally!) settled on a resort with SSR, a studio villa. I really wanted a balcony, and being a stroll from DTD seemed to appeal to me (Im 25 and OH will be 30 at time of trip, so places for a few evening drinks etc). I really wanted to stay at AKL but it was just too expensive, it was £500 extra on top of SSR with the deluxe dining plan! This was after many hours on trip advisor, the disney website, and trawling through many threads on the disney resort page!
So really does anyone have any tips for a first timer? Places to definitely see/eat at? Any personal recommendations are greatly appreciated!
Also any advice with crowds at times of day, buses (what time to allow), Cast Members, and dare I say tipping! (I know it brings up debates but from a UK point of view I have no idea where to start!)
Thank you all advance
