I have been an avid Disney World fan for several years making 4 trips or so a year so naturally I am very excited to take my 4-year-olds. My dilemma is this:

I would really like to take them during Christmas time however this Christmas we have a cruise planned so a Disney trip is not feasible. I am looking at at planning a trip for next December however I am just not sure I can wait that long! Early December is our favorite time of year as the weather is great and the crowds are down.

Any other great times to consider taking them with decent weather, crowds, etc other than the fall? Also, if we decide to wait, when should we tell them we are going? I have mentioned perhaps going next Christmas but of course they have no concept of that much time!!

Looking forward to hearing your suggestions!!

Watch for free dinning, or go on their birthdays and get their Birthday gift card to help with expenses. Disney can be so overwhelming, maybe a short first trip would be better than a full-blown, extravaganza. Whenever you go, it'll be a trip to remember!
