First trip to Disney with the kids! A question about personalized mouse ears...

Hello! This is my first post ever! We booked our first trip to Disney with our sons, ages 4 and 2, January and will be leaving in 17 days! We are planning on waking the kids up the day of to surprise them, and I was thinking it might be cute to get them personalized mouse ears to give to them when we tell them.

Any idea on where I need to contact to get them?

Try contacting guest services at your hotel and see if they have a suggestion. But I don't know if you will be able to get that done in the amount of time you have....

You could always try having a friend call your house that morning claiming to be Mickey and inviting the kids down to WDW... Not sure how believable it would be but a friend of mine used that one on her 3 yr old at Christmas (as Santa) and it worked like a charm.

You might be able to get the ears but most likely not personalized. I think Disney Florist has a package for around 30 dollars that included ears. How about an autograph book for each of them? My friend picked up two for her girls at AAA! Or you could rush order some before your trip. Check out websites for the ears, but they do have shops at MK to make personalized ears and the kids can pick their colors and designs (a build your own ear shop) so they might want to do that on the first day! Thank you so much for your suggestions! I ended up calling the WDW florist and at their suggestion got the "Ears to You" package. I am getting more and more excited!
