First Trip Back in 5 years - OKW 7/3-7/10

i'm an okw member since 1993, but haven't been back to wdw in five years. got a super deal on this week (4th july), studio, and i'm excited. i've been renting my points the last few years (no problem at all with it). now i have an annual pass, and am headed down several times in the next year.

any okw tips for me or general tips regarding heat, parks, transportation and other stuff? flying in, arrive about 1:00 on 3rd.

i'm 55, woman professor from ga, if there is another solo who would enjoy some company at the parks, in the mornings, particularly.

know MK will be crowded on the 4th - will i be able to get in late afternooon/evening for the fireworks?

is OKW fitness center pretty good? i never used it...may not have even been there when i last visited.

5 YEARS !!!!!! How could you stay away that long?? A year is a long time to me.LOL You'll notice quite a few new things Mission Space, Mickeys Philharmagic, FantasMic, New drops at TOT etc.. enjoy and Welcome Home again.

You will see a lot of changes at the parks. OKW is the same as it was 5 years ago except for the boat to DD and the music you hear when you walk in has changed, same style different music. Olivas has made a turn toward the positive since you were there last, nice place to grab lunch, the presentation of the salads is excellent as well as the content. It will be hot and very crowded at the parks. I would like to join you but my wife may not go for that, then again she might. Have fun.
