We’re here at bay lake, first trip as members and have family with us, in a 2BR. We barely had the door open at check in and the crazy strong odor of curry hit us. It was 10pm and they came and sprayed but if we moved rooms we wouldn’t have had nearly as nice a view. They came and did something the next day but nothing has touched the smell. What would you do? Should I call member services or maybe the manager at hotel? I am not a complainer normally but I spent a ton of points for this and the smell is so rough.
Was the issue rectified? Inquiring minds want to know!
